Shipping Policy

Quadratum ships via USPS within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be detailed in the shopping cart.

All Quadratum products are legal within the United States and its territories. Each country has their own rules and regulations and taxes related to the import of products into that country. It shall be the Customer’s liability to ensure that products ordered for international delivery meet the requirements for import into their country, as well as any import taxes and duties that may be incurred. Quadratum assumes no liability for any products ordered which are held up in another Country’s Customs department for any reason.

As we become notified of issues with importing Quadratum products into various countries, we will post such information to the product page.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Customers in the United States and its territories who order ground delivery can expect to receive their order within seven (2) to ten (4) business days. U.S. customers may also select other shipping arrangements in the shopping cart for faster shipping International orders are shipped by UPS and shipping times depend on the Country, holidays, shipment date, and Customs clearance delay. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipment.

Date of Shipment

Orders received after 4 p.m. Eastern Time in the U.S. will be shipped the next business day through unless products are not in stock. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday, except on major U.S holidays, including Christmas and New Years. Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours of arrival. If a product is damaged during shipment, a replacement shipment will be sent once the return tracking number is provided. Auto-ship is a service we offer for customers wanting to avoid the process of ordering a product they use continuously. We offer a monthly subscription of any product of your choosing.
